The problem.
Conventional safety automation lets a machine run and reacts when danger appears. AegixCore reverses that: a machine runs only while the system can show its protected zone is clear, and any fault sends it to a safe state.

Sensing hardware
Vision and radar modules, with the additional sensors each site requires, watch the industrial environment.
Decisions on the device
The Eagle AI system processes and decides on-premise, with no cloud in the loop.
Hardwired control + audit
Outputs command PLCs, relays, barriers and alarms directly, and timestamped logs can be exported for compliance.
