Product & UX definition
User journeys, priorities, interaction design and an agreed first release.

01The Software building
We develop web and mobile applications, staff dashboards and APIs. Start with a new product, a manual process or an existing system that needs improvement.

Floor 01 · How we work
We agree responsibilities, review points and acceptance criteria before the build. Each stage produces something concrete to discuss.
Map the users, current process and intended result. Prioritise the first release and identify dependencies, budget and decision-makers.
You review: the scope & acceptance criteria.Review the important decisions through a prototype, storyboard or technical plan. Resolve the largest unknowns before full production.
You review: a prototype, plan or sample.See working releases at agreed milestones. Check complete journeys and record feedback against the approved requirements.
You review: working milestones & test results.Complete acceptance checks and the agreed documentation, access and training. Confirm who owns operation, maintenance and the next release.
You review: the release & handover pack.Floor 02 · What you get
The proposal defines the deliverables selected for your project, their depth and how they will be reviewed.
User journeys, priorities, interaction design and an agreed first release.
Web and mobile interfaces, APIs, data models and connections to the systems you already use.
Role-based access, relevant tests, user acceptance and a deployment plan matched to the application.
Documentation, training and a support scope agreed before the handover.
Floor 03 · An example we can scope
An example brief: customers request a service, staff manage delivery and both can see the status. The scope includes the work behind the customer-facing screen.
Customer submits a request
Staff review, assign and update it
Customer receives a clear status
Admin can trace activity and manage access

Floor 04 · Scope & cost
Start with the workflow, users and business outcome. We scope a defined release, then propose milestones and acceptance criteria. Custom development engagements start at ₹5 lakh; the final quote depends on the agreed scope.
International proposals are available in USD. Your proposal identifies dependencies, review milestones and acceptance criteria, with recurring licences, hardware, travel and support itemised where relevant.
Which customer, staff and administrator roles exist? What should each be able to see and change?
Which systems must connect, what access is available and does existing data need cleaning or migration?
Define web and mobile requirements, deployment accounts, expected usage, paid services and support responsibilities.
Floor 05 · Review & handover
We use the agreed scope to define the reviews and evidence your team needs before acceptance.
Agree repository access, source-code terms, deployment accounts, configuration instructions and a known-issues record. Any maintenance or future releases get their own scope.

Yes. We can scope customer or user applications alongside staff workflows, dashboards and integrations, so the complete journey works together.
Yes. We first review the code, access, current behaviour and priorities. The proposal then separates necessary repairs from the new development scope.
Our minimum custom-project engagement is ₹5 lakh. Integrations, user roles, data migration, mobile requirements and release expectations determine the final cost. We quote after discovery.
Source-code ownership, pre-existing components, third-party licences and handover deliverables are defined in the project agreement. We make those terms explicit before the build.
