Your enquiry information.

This notice concerns the 8xWork service website and project enquiries. Individual client applications and products have their own privacy practices.

Information you choose to provide

The project brief asks for your name, work email, organisation, optional phone number, market, service, budget, timeline and project description. Please provide business information relevant to the enquiry and keep patient records, confidential documents and unrelated personal details out of the form.

Sending a brief

When you send the form, your details are delivered to our inbox at connect@8xwork.com through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service that handles them under its own privacy notice. The site confirms receipt only after that service reports successful delivery. If delivery can’t be confirmed, the site keeps what you wrote and asks you to try again. You can also email us directly.

Campaign information

Campaign labels and advertising click identifiers in the link you used may be included in your prepared enquiry to help us understand where it came from. The site keeps this context in memory during your visit. It does not store your draft in browser storage or place personal contact details into website action events.

How enquiry information is used

We use the information you send to understand your project, respond, arrange conversations and prepare a potential engagement. Project references should be shared through an appropriate channel agreed with our team.

Other services and hosting

Your email provider handles messages you send. Website hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to serve and operate the site.

Contact about your information

For questions about an enquiry, access, correction, deletion requests or how it is retained, contact connect@8xwork.com. We will review the request and explain any relevant project or record-keeping considerations.
