02The AI & automation building

Put AI to work on a task that matters.

We build AI assistants and agents for tasks such as document search, information extraction and request handling. Each project includes data access, tool integrations and evaluation against your use case.

Floor 01 · How we work

Four stages. Something concrete to review at each.

We agree responsibilities, review points and acceptance criteria before the build. Each stage produces something concrete to discuss.

  1. 01

    Define the brief.

Map the users, current process and intended result. Prioritise the first release and identify dependencies, budget and decision-makers.

You review: the scope & acceptance criteria.
  2. 02

    Review the approach.

Review the important decisions through a prototype, storyboard or technical plan. Resolve the largest unknowns before full production.

You review: a prototype, plan or sample.
  3. 03

    Build and test.

See working releases at agreed milestones. Check complete journeys and record feedback against the approved requirements.

You review: working milestones & test results.
  4. 04

    Launch and hand over.

Complete acceptance checks and the agreed documentation, access and training. Confirm who owns operation, maintenance and the next release.

You review: the release & handover pack.

Floor 02 · What you get

What your engagement can include.

The proposal defines the deliverables selected for your project, their depth and how they will be reviewed.

01

Workflow & feasibility

Map the task, data sources, success criteria and steps that require a person to approve.

02

Knowledge & integrations

Connect approved documents, databases and tools with access matched to the user.

03

Agent & application

Build the assistant, orchestration and interface around a bounded business task.

04

Evaluation & operating plan

Test representative cases and define failure handling, human review and ongoing model costs.

Typical projects

  • Staff repeatedly searching or extracting information
  • A document-heavy process that needs review and routing
  • An assistant connected to your internal tools or knowledge
  • An AI feature that needs to become a usable product

Floor 03 · An example we can scope

From incoming documents to a reviewed action

An example brief: a team receives documents, extracts key information and prepares an entry in its business system. The agent handles defined steps; a person approves consequential changes.

  1. 01

    Receive an authorised document

  2. 02

    Extract information with source references

  3. 03

Flag gaps for a person to review

  4. 04

Update the connected tool after approval

Floor 04 · Scope & cost

Which repeatable task is worth automating first?

Begin with one repeatable workflow and representative data. A scoped pilot establishes usefulness and operating cost before a wider rollout. Custom AI engagements start at ₹5 lakh; model and infrastructure costs are itemised in the proposal.

International proposals are available in USD. Your proposal identifies dependencies, review milestones and acceptance criteria, with recurring licences, hardware, travel and support itemised where relevant.

01

Task & baseline

Describe the task today, representative examples, common exceptions and the cost of an incorrect answer or action.

02

Data & permissions

Identify approved sources, data owners, access boundaries and the actions the agent may propose or perform.

03

Quality & operating cost

Agree evaluation cases, escalation behaviour, usage assumptions and the model, hosting and integration costs.

Discuss your requirements

Floor 05 · Review & handover

Make completion something you can check.

We use the agreed scope to define the reviews and evidence your team needs before acceptance.

  • Review outputs on representative and difficult examples.
  • Test missing information, unsupported requests and tool failures.
  • Check permissions and the human approval path.
  • Review usage, operating cost and the process for updating knowledge.

The handover belongs in the plan.

The proposed handover covers workflow configuration, evaluation examples, operating instructions, model and tool dependencies, and ownership of any ongoing monitoring and updates.

Floor 06 · Projects

Projects to explore.

Floor 07 · Questions

Project questions.

Which processes are a good fit for AI agents?

Processes with a clear goal, accessible information and repeatable steps are good candidates. We assess the cost of mistakes and keep approvals around actions with meaningful consequences.

Can an agent connect to our existing software?

Yes, when approved APIs or other authorised integration methods are available. Access and permissions are agreed during discovery.

Do you guarantee an AI system never makes mistakes?

No. We design evaluations, boundaries, fallback behaviour and human review around the use case. You should see how the system behaves on your own representative examples.

Are model subscriptions included?

The proposal distinguishes development fees from model usage, licences, hosting and ongoing support. These costs depend on the selected approach and workload.
